Return Conditions
The item must be unused, in good condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

How to request it
Simply write to us at info.galdea@yahoo.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, please also attach a photo.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm if the return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
